Every December, she drops off doorstep surprises for the entire neighborhood. Successes include handwritten notes, freshly baked cookies, and, on one memorable occasion, a hula hoop for Amuseables Peanut. It turns out having no arms makes you a surprisingly smooth swiveller.

Items can be returned for store credit, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as the product is returned. 

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size! Please contact sales@pinkandnavyami.com with your requested size before shipping back your original order. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when the original order is received by us, your exchange will be processed as a return for gift card. 

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. 

Anything purchased at a discounted price/on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. 

Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
