Items can be returned for store credit, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as the product is returned. 

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size! Please contact sales@pinkandnavyami.com with your requested size before shipping back your original order. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when the original order is received by us, your exchange will be processed as a return for gift card. 

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. 

Anything purchased at a discounted price/on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returned items must be unwashed and unworn.
