Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. 

Anything purchased at a discounted price/on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. 

Return costs are the customer's responsibility. 
Please allow us up to 7 days to process your return once is it received. 

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size! Please contact sales@pinkandnavyami.com with your requested size before shipping back your original order. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
