The Jellycat family goes back to the dawn of time. Right back to the birth of the very first potato. In the beginning they were more of a tribe; a wild crew, bursting with fun and always, always ready to play. With each new generation, a single cat was crowned with a special Jelly hat - their symbol of joy. Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. 

Anything purchased at a discounted price/on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. 

Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
