The Food
Red, white, and blue fruit pizza sure to be the hit dessert of your 4th of July!
Ingredients:
- 1 roll of of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 package of softened cream cheese
- ⅓ cup of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped strawberries
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of mixed rassberries and blackberries
Directions:
- Following the directions on the package of your cookie dough, bake on a pizza pan to create your base
- Next, thoroughly mix your cream cheese, ⅓ cup of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Once completely mixes, spread the cream cheese icing on top of your cookie dough base, leaving room for a “pizza crust” around the edge
- On top of the cream cheese icing add your strawberries, blueberries, rassberries, and blackberries at random or arranged in a pattern for a refreshing, and delicious 4th of July treat! Make sure to refrigerate until it’s ready to be eaten!!
