• We ship out within 48 hours from the moment you place your order!
• Shipping is calculated at checkout. FREE shipping over $50!
• We also offer pickup (just choose this option at checkout)! Just place your order and when it's ready for pickup (within 1 business day), you'll get an email letting you know!

Returns

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 
• All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).
• Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Please allow us up to 7 days to process your return once is it received.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size! Please contact sales@pinkandnavyami.com with your requested size before shipping back your original order! Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when the original order is received by us, your exchange will be processed as a return for gift card.
