Returns

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 
• All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).
• Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Please allow us up to 7 days to process your return once is it received.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size! Please contact sales@pinkandnavyami.com with your requested size before shipping back your original order! Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
