Jewelry should be removed before showering or working out. It's best to keep them away from water or sweat, which can cause tarnishing with repeated exposure.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD AVOID?

If you're wearing perfume or lotion, then apply it and let it dry before you put on jewelry

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. 

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. 

Anything purchased at a discounted price/on sale is final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. 

Return costs are the customer's responsibility. 
Please allow us up to 7 days to process your return once is it received. 

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size! Please contact sales@pinkandnavyami.com with your requested size before shipping back your original order. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when the original order is received by us, your exchange will be processed as a return for gift card.
